Basically? An epilogue to the Zatoichi Monogatari TV series.
This film marks Shintaro Katsu’s final appearance as Zatoichi. Overall a solid movie, as expected, but doesn’t change up the formula (Zatoichi traveling around, gambling, befriending allies and sexing up a Bond girl before killing a Yakuza boss) and seems to have dated cinematography for 1989.
