Kind of an oddball movie.
Shortest of the “Monsterverse” movies at around… 1 hour 40min (-credits), most visually stunning of the “Monsterverse” movies, but the plot somehow was worse than Godzilla: King of the Monsters. All told, a good popcorn movie though.
Two things could have made this a solid B:
- I would have liked more detail on the -spoiler true boss of the movie-.
- If this was the last of the “Monsterverse” movies, end it better than this:
