This is the laziest shit from Steven Seagal during his Steamroller-era.
Half of the dialogue is dubbed. Why is half of the dialogue dubbed? Because the production was terrible (either using onboard audio, no audio, or wrong audio channel on input). There’s no rhyme or reason, just random changes from scene to scene of a SINGLE voice actor dubbing lines for all the male characters in the film.
The plot, is a standard Steamroller-era plot. Seagal is special ops, the best of the best, and leads a team to do some backwater assassination. His team gets killed, he uses a woman and tries to stop drug distribution. The drugs this time around aren’t cocaine or heroine, but some Compound-V shit from The Boys. Seriously, the people who get high on this supply gain super speed, super strength and have aggression (and thus adrenaline) pumped to the max.
The videography and direction, absolute ass. Low contrast, dark scenes in an unknown city — or cameras using one bitrate and color profile different between scenes in the same set.
I watched all of this, and I regret it.
